She acknowledged all of us as we came in and said that she would be with us as soon as she could. She asked if any of us had a simple question. No one did. She pleasantly and efficiently served each customer, answering their questions, giving them product information and in my case, made a sale. She was able to assist one of the other customers in between tasks. I worked in customer service for many years and Heather clearly sets the standard for excellent customer service. Bell is Lucky to have you in the Simcoe store
